This woman is 49 today. 50 Novembers ago.....my life changed. Lea Paige Johnson born to Jimmy and Aurelia Johnson in Avon Park Florida on November 2, 1967. They lived in a home that tucked up next to a lake. Lake Damon. True Story. For real. God does it.

I want to celebrate the life changing power of God in my life by intersecting this tenacious beauty with me. If I'm honest the way that celebrating would look like would be weeping and probably not stopping for a long time. I'm overwhelmed with the definite kindness of God that it is Lea that is loving me. Blown away that it's her for me.

Her beauty ravages me. It is the most intense earthly reality that I have ever experienced. Words from musician Wayne Watson (old school). "She said her first love was higher.....If Jesus takes over the heart of your love, if she's given her first love away (to Him), she can love you like nobody can." I'm living that.

I simply rise up and bless God this day for this woman.

Broken. Real. And in awe of God.
